He is the founder and the managing Trustee of Samarpan trust, which is closely associated with Gayatri Priwar Trust- Kursi Road Lucknow. He is also a trustee of Shri Ved Mata Gayatri trust Shantikunj, Haridwar-Uttrakhand.

Dr A. P Shukla:-

An avid social worker and practicing Homeopathic physician. Closely associated with planning, programming and implementing the activities of Samarpan.

An Retd. Chief Engineer of UP Power Corporation and social worker.
